GENERATION $HERIFF

From 1980 to 1999 THE $HERIFF have led a rich career with several hundreds of gigs around Europe and Canada, released 9 albums, two of whom live, and left their mark on a whole generation of aficionados, with large doses of 1,2...1,2,3,4!

They attracted crowds to many of the finest French clubs and biggest venues, opened for the Ramones, been at the origin of the Alternative Rock movement alongside with others such as Mano Negra, Bérurier Noir, The Wampas, Parabellum and OTH.

Nearly 10 years after surrendering with a feeling of accomplished duty, their descendants pay an ultimate tribute to the band, revisiting in their own way and style 22 tracks from the Montpellier gang.

It is an opportunity to rediscover the catchy melodies, the energy of the rhythms, and above all, the lyrics, which, taken our from their original settings, make even more sense.
